Synopsis

A TV cameraman, Harry Hinkle, is injured while filming a football game. Seeing an opportunity for some big and easy money, his unscrupulous ambulance-chasing brother-in-law, a lawyer, enters the picture. He gets Harry to overstate his injuries and claims $1 million in pain and suffering. Similarly minded, Harry's ex-wife suddenly reappears on the scene and tries to rekindle their relationship. Meanwhile, the football player who accidentally injured Harry is struggling with the outcome of his actions. —grantss
